Renovation to convert the previously unfinished basement of a single family home in Cincinnati's Pleasant Ridge neighborhood to a new recreation room and home office to accommodate the needs of a growing family. Project designed by Architect, Mike Benkert and built in partnership with Mike Brown Construction in in 2025.
